Policies

Accountability is key.

To ensure the best results and maintain accountability, all clients must adhere to the following policies:

  1. All Sales Final

    • No refunds on training sessions, memberships, or packages.

  2. Payments

    • All sessions must be paid in advance or through an approved payment plan.

    • No time slots will be reserved without payment.

  3. Session Use & Expiration

    • All sessions must be used within 30 days.

    • Sessions do not roll over into the next month.

    • Plan around vacations, work, weather, or outside obligations.

  4. Cancellations & No-Shows

    • 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Without notice, the session is counted as completed.

    • Oversleeping, forgetting, or last-minute changes count as a no-show.

    • Clients arriving 15 minutes late without notice will forfeit that session.

  5. Membership Cancellations

    • Must be submitted via email, 30 days in advance.

  6. Accountability & Expectations

    • Members can be dropped from any program for:

      • Consistent no-shows or lateness.

      • Damaging property.

      • Not taking diet or workouts seriously.

  7. Commitment to Results

    • Training is about discipline, accountability, and putting your health first. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to all policies.
